About Us 

NC Resources Ltd was formed by Gareth Cuthbert and David Neary, two people with over 25 years combined experience and expertise in the welfare to work industry. 

Our mission is simple. We believe in developing your skills and potential. We aim to create real time employment opportunities for our trainees by delivering modern and accessible training programmes and offering personalised career guidance.

As an innovative and current employability provider we have successfully been placing people into sustainable employment since July 2011. We have developed the business in Scotland and have formed extensive working partnerships with some of the UK's leading employers and providers.

Women Into Security Industry

We're delighted to announce we will be running a 3 week programme designed for future female Security Guards. This has been funded by the Scottish Government's Women's fund and will run in January 2018.

This programme will help address the inbalance in the industry and reflect it's positive attempts to modernise and drive it forward in a new and exciting way. This course is open to any unemployed (1 day criteria) females residing in Lanarkshire (North & South) and Glasgow postcode areas. 

Course content will cover Level 2 Award in Door Supervision, SIA Licence, IOSH, 1st Aid and much more! if you are interested please contact your local JCP advisor or SDS Careers office. Security Industry Training

We are specialists in creating opportunities with the security industry and have a portfolio of approved security companies offering full time positions.

All of our trainee's are qualified to Level 2 Award in Door Supervision and S.I.A Badged. Involved in this process is our specialist employability skills training, e-learning modules, First Aid in the workplace and intensive 5 year background checks to ensure the smoothest transition into employment.
