Our Policy
This policy is applicable to NC Resources Ltd
We must protect personal and confidential data to both comply with the law and to prove to clients, stakeholders and customers that we respect their information and privacy. We are committed to all aspects of GDPR and aim to fulfil all our legal obligations, including under the GDPR regulation.
This Policy sets out how NC Resources Ltd commits to dealing with personal data, including personal and personal sensitive data relating to our customers and where applicable, employers.
Organisations who process personal data must register with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the regulator for the DPA. Our notification tells the ICO, and data subjects, about the types of information we process, giving descriptions and reasons for the processing. Our registration reference is Z3269987 and is renewed annually.
NC Resources Ltd may not always be the Data Controller in relation to the processing of personal data and may be a Data Processor on behalf of another organisation (DWP etc..) In these circumstances, NC Resources Ltd will process personal data in line with the wishes of the Data Controller and will at all times aim to comply with the GDPR and otherwise in line with this Policy.
NC Resources Ltd processes personal information for certain legitimate purposes which
include some or all of the following:
- Keeping you informed of our services, future training programmes, job opportunities
- Where the processing of data enables us to enhance, modify, personalise, or otherwise improve our services / communications for the benefit of our current and future customers.
- To use on successful case studies / statistics in order for us to bid for contracted work, enabling us to continue to provide support and highlight the inclusiveness, equality and diversity of all our training programmes.
- No personal data will be passed on to any other business or individual without the express permission of the person.
Whenever we process data for these purposes we will ensure that we always keep your Personal Data Rights in high regard and take account of these rights. We will never sell or share your data, we never retain payment information, and we promise to keep your details safe and secure.
